What if I need to cancel?

We understand that things do not always go to plan so if having made a booking and you have paid either a deposit or your agreed course price in full, you then wish to transfer to an alternative course, this must be done not less than 6 weeks prior to the start of the original course date and is subject to the availability and numbers on other courses.
If you need to transfer course dates within 6 weeks of your booked course date all special offer or package prices applied to your booking cease to apply due to the increased logistical and administration costs incurred and your new agreed course date will be charged at full website price. Your full course payment is required to be paid prior to the start of the original course date before the new course date is confirmed.
Your amended attendance has to be made within 12 months of the original course date.
If having made a confirmed, fully paid, booking you fail to attend the course or choose to attend only part of it, no refund is payable.
